Woz left Apple and went back to school to get his degree in engineering. He also delved into a few other ventures. There were the US festivals, produced by a company he founded called Unuson - short for Unite Us in Song. There was the startup company called CL9 - short for Cloud Nine - that built universal remote control products that were supposed to control multiple electronic devices. And finally, there is the teaching.
Since 1990, without a teaching certificate, he teaches computer classes for 5th through 8th graders for the Los Gatos California school district, without pay. To find out more about Steve Wozniak, visit his homepage. |
